The dynamic and motivated KLM Group service centre team ensures specific tasks are carried out efficiently, from the logging of the call to the completion of the job. This includes assignment of priority works with SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and allocation of client preferred technicians, ensuring delivery expectations.
The Web based Client Management System used by KLM Group conveniently provides clients with online up to date information on job scheduling and status information.
Clients can electronically log new service calls via a secure access procedure, track live job progress and view both completed jobs and invoiced details. Client job history can also be tracked and accessed quickly and conveniently. KLM Group provides personalised customer in-house training with a secure login ID and password, enabling customer access to the software.
Maintenance services include programming of both single sites and complicated multi-site locations. KLM Group provides an ongoing service to maintain client facilities and equipment for the life of the premises. Scheduled maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with Electrical OH&S Regulations and Australian Standards guidelines, and all tasks are monitored internally with system automatic alerts for KLM Group scheduling.
Additional KLM Group services include energy efficiency advice and audits to businesses and facilities managers to assist a better understanding of the technologies and methods used to reduce the impact on the environment, and to reduce electricity running costs incurred by most businesses today.Staffed by qualified Engineers who provide system support, advise on system updates and enhancements and attend on-site call-outs to repair, assess or inspect all aspects of Audio Visual and Multimedia systems.
